Initial Consult

In your initial consultation we review your health history, explore current health concerns, and work together to create a plan for your health goals. You will receive nutritional support and an herbal formula to be filled at the MUIH herbal dispensary.

Follow Up Consult

In your follow up visit we will discuss your response to the herbal and nutritional recommendations and continue to build upon your wellness plan.

Healthy Pregnancy Package

Support throughout your entire pregnancy and fourth trimester.  This package includes one 90 minute initial consult, four one-hour consults to be scheduled during your pregnancy and two one-hour postpartum visits.  One prenatal, one birth support and one postnatal herbal tea or tincture initial fill included in the package fee

Supplement Consultation

An opportunity to ask herb and supplement safety questions- including drug interactions, safety while pregnant or breastfeeding- if you are not an existing client.
**note: dosage recommendations outside of safety concerns will not be provided unless you are an existing client

Practitioner Mentorship

Betsy offers guidance in client assessment, herbal formulation and recommendation building to student and practicing herbalists, doulas and midwives.
